First class service essentials workshop

In Phanom Penh, Cambodia
,Supported by Dubai cares, together with Shift 360 and EFT -Etiquette, food and travel.

And successfully, we completed our first project outside Thailand, the First class service essentials workshop was held in Phanom Penh, Cambodia at the beautiful Topaz, top notch French fine dining restaurant.

This workshop is done in order to share essential knowledge and insight for the luxury business sector in Cambodia and more. Apart from that, it’s a fundraising project, supported by Dubai cares, a civil society organization which aims to ensure inclusive and quality education for all, founded by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Our Cambodian participants have been truly amazing. Their experience and knowledge sharing during the class was exclusive and productive learning for all. It’s been my honor sharing my thoughts to you too. I am sure you will be even more successful in delivering the luxury service excellence in your career journey.

Partnering with Etiquette, Food And Travel ( EFT )

On day 1 of the workshop, it was my full day training about Luxury service excellence and personalization delivery for key accounts or premium target groups and on day 2, it was a fun and knowledgable workshop delivered by H.E.Pierre Tami from Etiquette, food and travel. In my opinion, it’s important to progress inside out and outside in. Learning the right luxury service mindset and technics should come together with refining personalities, etiquettes for social connection. I am sure this 2 day workshop will take you a long way much further than you can imagine.

I had a great chance sharing my thoughts to Ms. Abeer Farah from Dubai cares. As an ex cabin crew of Emirates airlines, today I could share the experience and knowledge I have gained and learned while I had been a proud resident of UAE to benefit others, not just individuals but communities. It means a lot to me. Having been receiving many opportunities in Dubai and paying it forward to the World is my great achievement and milestone. I am truly grateful.

I’d like to convey my hearfelt gratitude and appreciation to Dubai cares, H.E.Pierre Tami, Jiaxing, Chef Luu Meng, Eden and the professional Topaz team, my PA Ahfei, and everyone involved for making this workshop successful.
